When you create an invoice for a project, they are listed here, as well as the invoices tab of the project in question.
Editing an Invoice
Click on the invoice number to view/edit.
You can edit anything that has a dotted line underneath it, eg invoice date, due date, line item details etc, as long as the invoice is in "Draft" status. As soon as you email the invoice to the client, the status changes to "Not paid". At that point, only admin users can edit the invoice.
Add Line Item
To add a line item to an invoice manually, click on the plus icon at the top right.
Adding Invoice Payments
To add a payment against an invoice, view the invoice and click on the plus button at the top right of the payments table.
When reporting on invoices, you have the following options: From/To date Select dates here to see invoices created betqeen those dates. Report You can select the following reports: Outstanding invoices Paid invoices Draft invoices All invoices Sage ...
When we invoice you for your yearly subscription, your invoices will appear here. Click on the invoice number to download a PDF copy for your records.
You can use PlanMan to track your purchase invoices as well as your sales invoices. To add a new purchase invoice, click on the plus icon at the top right of the table. Before you can add a purchase invoice, you need to first add a supplier
Suppliers are used for when you are adding purchase invoices. To add a new supplier, click on the plus icon at the top right of the table. Complete the form then click the Add Aupplier button.
Permission Groups Permission groups allow you to set which users are able to perform which actions in PlanMan, such as add, edit and delete items. When you sign up for a free 30 day trial, you are automatically added to the Administrator group. Users ...
